Turn supplier and order emails into events
Each new email in a mailbox becomes an email.received event that you can filter and route.

The problem
Orders, supplier invoices and courier updates arrive as email. Someone forwards each one to the right team.
What you get
- Each new email is an event with sender, subject, text and attachment details.
- Filters route emails by sender or subject.
- Your order system or AI agent gets them with retries.

Connect the mailbox
Mail sources need a Pro project. A Free project has no mail sources. In your project, go to Sources, click Add source and pick Gmail, Outlook or IMAP mailbox.

Route by sender
Add a destination for your order system with a filter on the sender:

Tips
